In a conversation with the next generation of thought leaders, Dr. Theo sits down with Dr. Sy Stokes, Dr. Sarah Toutant, and Dr. Donte Miller who all earned their Ph.D. under the age of 30. Key to each of their perspectives, is a purpose beyond academia-- one that makes an impact for their families, community, and personal networks.

Dr. Sy Stokes is vice president, research at Coqual where he directs the qualitative research team in identifying solutions for advancing equity in the workplace.

Dr. Sarah M. Toutant is the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Childcare Resource Center (CCRC), which employs over 1,000 staff as one of the largest nonprofits in the state of California.

Dr. Donte Miller is the Executive Director of Campus Life at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA.
