Kaine Nicholas

Kaine is an accomplished financial professional with more than 15 years of entrepreneurial and financial experience. He is the first Executive Director of the Black Cooperative Investment Fund (BCIF)-- which is a community-based organization rooted in self-help economics that unapologetically provides microloans to the Black Community.

As the BCIF Executive director, Kaine practices cooperative economics with the Black Community in Southern California. He accelerates these entrepreneurs’ growth by giving them capital which comes from pooled dollars and microloans.

Kaine holds an MBA from Babson College for global entrepreneurship and he received a bachelor’s in economics & finance from Bentley University. He is a Riordan Fellow at the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a certificate holder for board and executive leadership from the USC Cecil Murray Institute for Community Engagement and the African-American Board Leadership Institute.
